Welcome to a space where images meet words. This blog is a collection of thoughts, memories, and insights from my journey through artistic photography — from analog experiments to digital projects, from intimate portrait sessions to bold sensual work.
As a photographer based in Germany, I’ve worked across cities like Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Heidelberg, and Stuttgart. Here, I share my experiences with portrait photography, artistic nude sessions, working with professional and amateur models, and exploring the delicate process of building trust in front of the lens.
These entries are more than just technical notes. They’re personal reflections on light, emotion, and the often invisible connection between the photographer and the person being photographed.
Sometimes, I write about film stocks, lenses, natural light or studio gear. More often, I write about the people — their stories, expressions, and the quiet moments between poses.
If you're curious about how a session unfolds, how artistic photographs come to life, or what it’s like to shoot sensual imagery with respect and intention, you might enjoy what you find here.
This is not a portfolio. It’s a visual diary — honest, raw, and sometimes a bit poetic.
Whether you’re a photographer yourself or someone drawn to visual storytelling, I hope this space offers inspiration and a glimpse into the life behind the camera.
And if one day you’d like to be in front of the lens — let’s talk. Every story starts with a first frame.
Modern business cannot exist without technology, and technology increasingly means artificial intelligence. It is becoming a silent yet highly effective partner in decision-making, data analysis, and streamlining processes. In this post, I will discuss how engineering and the latest IT trends converge to meet the real needs of companies. The starting point is an intelligent assistant that has recently appeared on the website—a tool with extensive capabilities that can revolutionize the way businesses communicate with customers and organize their daily operations.
I definitely often receive questions about choosing a camera and lens set for beginners. Some of my interlocutors are not even aware of the basic distinction between prime and zoom lenses. I will try to provide an answer that I would have liked to receive many years ago.
After several years of use, I have managed to form an opinion about this lens. It's not for everyone – it sets a very high bar, demanding perfection and precision. However, if you manage to master it, it becomes one of the most interesting tools you can equip your camera with.
With pride and emotion, I share the joy – classic analog photography, the passion of my life, has been recognized as intangible cultural heritage. For over five years, I have been running my own photo darkroom, developing my skills and exploring the history of this extraordinary field, which began with Niépce's first photograph, through collodion, to today's renaissance of film.
This is a beautiful moment for us – lovers of silver grains, the smell of fixer, and the magic of light.
In the unassuming village of Samborowice, near Racibórz, time slows down, and light tells its own stories. It was there, amidst an abandoned farm, that an intimate photo session with Sofiia took place, which was not only a meeting with the model but also with classic analog photography. In my hands, I held a Mamiya RB67—a camera that knows no haste, but instead allows one to see the ephemeral. The black-and-white film captured not only the image but also the mood of the place and the presence of the moment. Photographing in medium format, I sought the simplicity and focus that only analog can provide. This session was a prelude to something greater, yet a complete entity in itself. You can see its results below.
Backing paper transfer (sometimes also referred to as ghosting) is a phenomenon that is difficult to translate unambiguously, in which the print from the protective paper of photographic film transfers onto the photosensitive emulsion. As a result, unwanted marks such as numbers, lines, text, or patterns from the paper that was supposed to protect the film become visible on the negative. It all begins innocently, with film that has been stored for too long or improperly secured.
The modern camera market shows a clear trend where large and heavy DSLRs are gradually being replaced by smaller but equally advanced mirrorless cameras. I wanted to share my understanding of this phenomenon and attempt a comparison that sparks a lot of emotions and polarizes some photographers: which is better – a DSLR or a mirrorless camera?
The Alps, for people craving beautiful views, a trip there is like a child entering a toy store. With each moment, successive micro-delights come together to form a mosaic of one of the most wonderful experiences a person can have - a mega-delight.
A joint expedition to a factory that for years seemed to have been sleeping the dreams of a beautiful but somewhat frightening princess. Together with friends, we joined forces to make her dreams come true. Our mission? To explore, have fun, and create unique frames that would transport us into a surreal world of horror and suspense.
Germany, Baden-Württemberg. Autumn and a drone flight over the Odenwald. The privilege of flying allows one to explore entirely new perspectives. Sometimes what is already remarkable from the perspective of the ground becomes even more amazing when you have the opportunity to soar higher. Forest and fog are a wonderful combination - always.
Wooden piles like totems standing over the water. Sometimes like gloomy hosts breaking angry waves, other times a serene haven for tired seagulls. As a child, I used to treat them as milestones - walking along the shore, I would count their rows and thus calculate the length of my journey.
