We met in Mannheim. I had a rope and a metal collar prepared. We agreed on a formal dress code. Bondage in the office? Yes, Secretary - anyone remember? Bondage, Karada and Shibari, and the whole thing was completed with a high metal collar, the one of those that keep head movements to a minimum. I fastened it and we started taking pictures. At first, to break the ice, we photographed everyday activities: makeup, while talking a lot.
.At one point I noticed that the adjacent room had an exit to the balcony. "Let's try it," I said. "Your hands are tied, wipe the windows while standing outside. I want to capture it in a frame through the glass." Outside, I spotted a tall pedestrian bridge. I took the biggest zoom I had and stepped out in front of the apartment building and ran across the street. After a while, I positioned myself almost at the height of the balcony, aimed my camera like a hunter.
.In the heart of Mannheim, a few meters above the street, an amazing, sensual performance was taking place, of which we were the directors and main actors. This photo shoot in Mannheim captured both intimacy and aesthetics, with each frame telling its own story, subtly balancing elegance, tension and the photographer's artistic vision.
It's a great way to get a glimpse of the city.
